Mmm...I'd say it's probably more likely to be an address that the 'purchaser' (and I use that word loosely) has staked out as whoever lives there typically isn't around, i.e. it'll be easy to follow the delivery schedule and snatch the package once it's dropped off.

I did have my debit card skimmed once and got a phone call from my bank warning me about a possibly fraudulent charge. Got on the website, looked it up, and there was a $300 charge to a Walmart that I'd never been to in my life, plus a charge at a gas station in Kansas. I called the Walmart manager and told them about it, and the bank reversed the charges and cancelled the card. After that I downloaded the app and started locking my new card when I'm not using it.

Not $0.6 cents (6/10ths of a cent), $0.006 cents (6/1000ths of a cent).

Way earlier this year, someone asked Ice T about this on Twitter, like "How much do you make on Spotify?"

His answer: "0.007 cents per play. MFs figured out how to split a penny."

They wrote it wrong. But the math on how much they make would be right. I believe 10 plays of $0.006 would equal $0.06. Which would be 6.

$0.006 is, again, 6/1000ths of a cent. 6/1000th multiplied by 100 isn't 6 cents, it's 6/10ths of a cent.

it's been like 10 years since I played it last. Damn, it still good. I wish games now a days were this polished. That's what I've really been missing. The game sometime does have awful camera angles. You know the ones where you can't see where you are going. I didn't remember that. The random battles aren't that bad. They seem really far and apart. I wish games now a day where this big also. the sense of scale is awesome.

I never beat the game. I got to the last battle and lost because I didn't upgrade my gears and I couldn't afford the upgrades.

I never understood the opening. A Starship grows limbs and destroys itself and a girl comes out of the wreckage? What does that have to do with mechs and two country trying to find buried mechs.

Cliffs Notes version? The starship (the Eldridge) was transporting part of a combined biological/A.I. superweapon named Deus that had malfunctioned. It took over the ship and was trying to get back to the Eldridge crew's (and its creators) homeworld, presumably to exact revenge. The captain instead blew up the ship and it crashed on the world where Xenogears takes place.

The girl is the first Miang (technically, the first Elhaym, but Deus corrupted her, turning her into the first Miang and it's a really long story that's not important to this explanation) and she's looking out on this new world where she (and her 'master' Deus) have now been stranded.

She uses the salvageable systems and DNA from the Eldridge wreckage to create 'humanity' (humans on the Xenogears world). The mechs are just the newest weapon in a war, and the countries are trying to find buried ones to reclaim older, more effective weaponry or equipment.

No, he thought it was lost. Elrond knew Isildur took it, and it vanished when he was ambushed on the shores of the Anduin. As far as anyone knew, it was somewhere on the riverbed, but there was next to no chance of every finding it.

What kind of cake did you make?

Red velvet.

1 1/2 cups Crisco
3 cups white sugar
3 cups Swans Down flour
7 whole eggs (room temperature)
1/2 cup 1% milk (room temperature)
1 bottle red food coloring

Mix Crisco and sugar together until it looks basically like snow. Add eggs one at a time until they're each mixed in completely. Add flour one cup at a time until it's all mixed in completely. Add milk and mix in completely. Add food coloring and mix in completely (needless to say this is MUCH easier with an electric mixer). Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease cake pan and cook for roughly 90 minutes. Let cool before icing. Enjoy cakey goodness.

Nah, you can travel anywhere you want in any amount of time you want if you go fast enough. Once you get moving fast enough, you actually have less distance to go. It's an interesting consequence of special relativity. Like, if you could accelerate to relativistic speeds instantly, the trip to Andromeda could be a ten foot trip. Only thing is getting to that speed requires stupid amounts of energy.

This is why it's ok for Han Solo to have done the Kessel Run in 12 parsecs, even though a parsec is a measure of distance. Of course, the line was probably made in mistake and just happened to be ok anyway.

I would have sworn that I once read either a comic or a fic that altered that line to "twelve standard time parts", which makes a hell of a lot more sense for our science. Basically like saying "I got from L.A. to D.C. in thirty hours instead of forty." (average driving time)

But as The Bearded One has said, hyperspace routes aren't straight paths (this is even implied by Han's "ain't like dusting crops" line), they're basically various angles from A to B, and the Falcon simply used the shortest ones.
